「あ、のってましたね。」一瞬で検査完了。

堺市耐震改修工事補助金事業、悲願の着工。

まずは、屋根の葺き替え工事。これも耐震改修工事の一部。

重い土の乗った瓦屋根から、軽い屋根へ葺き替え。検査は屋根に土が乗っているかどうかの検査。

今回は、昭和58年もん。

基本的には、昭和56年以前の物件が、補助金対象になるが、勧告物件として、堺市耐震改修工事補助金事業を申請。

いよいよ、内部解体。

調査の段階からの予測していた部分、違っている部分が明らかに。

耐震と同じく、大切なのが断熱。

一部に鉄骨の梁が使われていたこともあり、耐震構造計算もやり直し、

一部新たに基礎も設置、新たな構面を作ることとなった。

デザインだけではないリノベーション、

できた！　という達成感。

この構面達が、命綱となる。

First of all, the roof replacement work. This is also part of the seismic retrofitting work. Replace the tiled roof with heavy soil to a lighter roof. The inspection is to see if there is soil on the roof. This time, it’s from 1988. Basically, properties built before 1980 are eligible for subsidies, but we applied for the Sakai City seismic retrofit construction subsidy project as recommended properties. Finally, internal disassembly. The parts that were predicted from the investigation stage and the parts that were different were revealed. Just like earthquake resistance, insulation is important. Because steel beams were used in some parts, the earthquake-resistant structure calculations were redone. Some new foundations were also installed, and a new structure was constructed. Renovation is not just about design, did it! A sense of accomplishment.
