帰国後、地元のビルダーに就職し、その頃のリフォーム工事のつながりで、

鴨谷台の階段式住宅に出会う。

自分たちでリノベーションしようと、建築図面を手に入れたところ、

図面には『坂倉建築研究所』と描いてあった…。

開設者の坂倉準三氏は、コルビジェの日本の３大弟子として有名で、リノベーションの前に、あのマルセイユのユニテ・ダビタシオンを思い浮かべ、

えらい物件を手にして喜びの中、新たな泉北生活が始まった。

With the joy of acquiring a great property, a new life in Senboku began.
