前面道路は交通量が多く、北側に面しているため、ファサードは閉鎖的に、玄関は東側からスロープを経てアプローチします。南面は周りの隣家にも囲われ、プライベートな半外空間。LDKから自家農園を見ながらの暮らしが展開します。
1階で暮らしは完結するようプランされており、玄関から水回り、LDK、各居室まで車いすでもスムーズにアクセスしやすい動線と広さを確保しました。
LDKをメインに広く、ではなく、それぞれの居場所が点在し、外と中を含めて遠すぎず、近すぎない関係性を考えました。
2階は、たまに子供たちが帰ってきたときの居室とルーフバルコニー。1階の雰囲気とはまた違った開放感があります。
冬は、たくさんの日射取得を得ながら、静かな暮らしが展開する終の棲家です。

The south side is surrounded by neighboring houses, creating a private semi-outdoor space. Guests can enjoy views of the family farm from the living, dining, and kitchen area.The home is planned to be self-contained on the first floor, with ample space and flow ensuring smooth wheelchair access from the entrance to the bathroom, living, dining, and kitchen area, and each room.
Rather than making the living, dining, and kitchen area the main focus, the home is dotted with areas that are neither too far nor too close, both inside and outside.The second floor houses the living room and roof balcony for when the children come home occasionally. It has a different, more open feel to the first floor.In winter, the home receives plenty of sunlight, allowing for a quiet life to unfold in its final days.
