After the demolition, the foundation work was completed, and the carpenters finally began the seismic reinforcement work. During demolition, even the interior of the building, which had a good view, was filled with a huge amount of wood. All this is done to make the house resistant to earthquakes. We carefully considered usability, the seismic design that we had carried out along with the design, the location of the new foundation and load-bearing walls, and also considered cost and ease of construction. The question is balance. We also put a lot of effort into insulation work, ensuring that there are no gaps between the floors, walls, and ceiling. The plan is to complete living on the first floor, with the second floor being a private room for future use. The two-room Japanese-style room is a renovated home that aims to be a home where you can live comfortably, with a large LDK, storage space installed in the entrance, washroom, and everywhere else.
