築２０年の軽量鉄骨、ハウスメーカーの家。

１階、２階にもキッチンがあり、もともと２世帯住宅として建築された。

１階は使われなくなり、もともとお住まいだった娘さん世帯が１階をリノベーションして住まわれることになった。

泉北ニュータウンの戸建て用敷地は、100坪ほどあるものも多く、1世帯ではなかなか広い敷地で、分割して利用されることもある。

いまある住宅を自分たちの好きな住まいにしての暮らしを２世帯でしたいということで始まった。

これではリノベーションが終わらない。

私たちはただ、暮らしの器を造ったにすぎない。

今後、施主様が暮らしながら、その先のストーリーをつむいでゆかれる。

A 20-year-old lightweight steel frame house built by a house builder. There are kitchens on the first and second floors, and it was originally built as a two-family home. The first floor was no longer in use, and the daughter’s family who originally lived there decided to renovate the first floor and live there. Many of the lots for detached houses in Senboku New Town are about 100 tsubo (100 tsubo) in size, which is quite large for a single household, and they are sometimes divided for use. It started as two families who wanted to live in their current home and make it their own home. The renovation doesn’t end there. We simply created a vessel for our daily lives. From now on, the client will be able to create the future story while living in the property.
