堺市南区　泉北ニュータウンの外れ。市街化調整区域。

ひとつの敷地に、古民家と今まで暮らしてきた住宅が存在していて、

古民家はそのまま残し、これまで暮らしてきた住宅を建て替えるという計画。

建設予定の家から、古民家は北側にあり、今回は南側にも開き、古民家のある北側にも開くという少しイレギュラーなプラン。

いつもは南側に開くことが多いけれど、この北側に開く庭、

これが美しく、2軒の中庭のように、これまでの庭が映える。

古民家との関係を配慮しながら、家族や、親戚の皆さんが寄り集まるみんなの家。

この家を中心に、思う存分つながり、暮らしを楽しんでいただきたい、そんな思いを込めて設計しました。

An old folk house and the house where I have lived until now exist on one site, The plan is to leave the old folk house as it is and rebuild the house where they have lived so far. The old folk house is on the north side of the house that is planned to be built, but this time it is a slightly irregular plan that opens to the south and also opens to the north side where the old folk house is. Usually the garden opens to the south, but this garden opens to the north. This is beautiful, and like the two courtyards, the previous gardens stand out. This is a home for everyone, where family and relatives can gather, taking into account the relationship with the old folk house. We designed this house with the desire for you to connect and enjoy life to your heart’s content.
