奈良　西大寺。

8年ほど前、もともと住宅内に事務所を設けられるも、少し狭くなったということで、住宅敷地横に、事務所を新築された。

当時、現場に張り付き、いろいろと打ち合わせさせていただいたことがよみがえる。

施主様は、お庭が好きで、住宅と事務所の間に大好きな庭をつくった。

シンボルツリーを備え、タイルやデッキなど、造園屋さんの指導の下、造りあげた。

あれから、8年。

もっと、事務所を使いやすく、広くしたいということで相談いただき、

検討した結果、住宅と事務所をつなげてしまい、中庭にしましょうか、ということになり増築することになった。

いままで住宅と事務所をたてられ、

今回、それらをつなぎ、また大好きな庭をかこうというプロジェクト。

自分が新築に携わらせていただいた物件のリノベーション工事。

力が入る。

かたちに合わせて暮らす、ではなく、暮らしにあわせたかたちづくりをしてきたように感じる。

職住近接をテーマに、これからの家に。

でも、まだまだこれからどのように変わってゆくのか。

Nara Saidaiji Temple.

About 8 years ago, an office was originally set up inside the house, but it became a bit too small, so a new office was built next to the house.

It brings back memories of being on site at the time and having discussions about various things.

The client loves gardens, so he created his favorite garden between his residence and office.

Equipped with a symbol tree, tiles and decking were constructed under the guidance of a landscape architect.

It’s been 8 years since then.

We consulted with them because they wanted to make their office more usable and spacious.

After considering it, we decided to connect the house and office and create a courtyard, so we decided to build an extension.

Until now, houses and offices have been built,

This time, my project is to connect them and paint my favorite garden again.

Renovation work for a property that I was involved in building.

It gives me strength.

I feel like I have been creating a form that suits my lifestyle, rather than living according to a form.

A future home with the theme of proximity to work and home.

But how will it change in the future?
