敷地面積23坪に、床面積が20坪。

旗竿地の狭小地に、小さな家を計画しました。

周りは隣接地に密接しており、どの方向から光、風を取り入れるのか、検討を重ねた。

小さいけれど、上下に抜ける吹き抜けが、やさしい光を運んでくれる。

無駄なスペースは作ることはできず、それぞれの空間と、それをつなげるスペースも、プランの中で働けるように。

家は、小さくてよい。

豊かなものは外から入ってきて、家族が集い、

またそれぞれの居場所でくつろぐことができる小さな家。

The site area is 23 tsubo and the floor area is 20 tsubo. I planned a small house on a small piece of land on a flagpole site. The surrounding area is in close contact with adjacent land, so we carefully considered which direction to bring in light and wind from. It’s small, but the atrium that goes up and down brings in gentle light. We cannot create wasted space, and each space and the spaces that connect it should work within the plan. A small house is fine. Rich things come in from outside, families gather together, A small house where each person can relax in their own place.
